This website is published by Teebtek Technologies. It describes our services and our work. Nothing on it is a binding offer or a quotation, and nothing on it is professional advice for your particular situation.
Accuracy
We keep the content current and accurate, including the case studies, which describe work we actually delivered. Any indicative price ranges published in articles are exactly that: they are starting points for a conversation, and a real price only comes from a written scope.
Intellectual property
The Teebtek name, logo, site design, written content and photography treatments are ours. Client names, logos and product names shown in the case studies belong to their respective owners and appear to describe work we have done.
Links to other sites
Where we link out, including to client products, we are not responsible for the content or the practices of those sites.
How client work is governed
Project work is not governed by this page. It is governed by the written scope and agreement signed for that project, which sets out deliverables, milestones, payment terms, ownership of the code and accounts, and the support period. In summary, and subject to the agreement in each case:
- Work is quoted at a fixed price per defined phase, or as a monthly retainer.
- Payment is milestone-based, with a deposit before a phase begins.
- On full payment for a phase, ownership of the deliverables for that phase passes to the client. Accounts, repositories and domains are registered in the client's name from the outset.
- Changes outside an agreed scope are quoted separately rather than absorbed silently.
- We may describe the work publicly, including in a case study, unless the agreement says otherwise.
Liability
We provide this website as it is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of this website. Liability on client projects is dealt with in the project agreement.
