Software Development
Software shaped around your business, not the other way round
Off-the-shelf software is cheaper until the month you need it to do the one thing your business depends on. We build the systems that run operations: booking and inventory, billing and receipts, point of sale, queue and kiosk screens, admin dashboards, and the connections that stop your team retyping the same information into three places.
What we do
What is included in Software Development
Business systems
Bookings, inventory, billing and reporting in one place with a record of who changed what, instead of five spreadsheets and an argument.
Admin dashboards
Dashboards where each person sees exactly what their job needs, and nothing that lets them break something else.
Kiosk and counter software
Touch-screen and ticket-printing software for counters and reception, built for staff and customers who need it to be obvious, not clever.
Connecting your tools
Joining up the software you already pay for, so an order in one place shows up in the other without a person copying it across.
Subscription products
Products you sell to many customers at once, with plans, billing and each customer's data kept properly separate, the way we built our own.
Migrations and rescues
Moving off an old system without losing your history, or taking over a half-finished project somebody else abandoned.
Deliverables
What you actually receive
- Permissions for each role
- Reporting and exports
- A record of every money and status change
- Data structured to last
- Staff training and documentation
- Secure hosting and backups
- A handover pack anyone can pick up
- Support and change requests
How it runs
The way the work actually goes
- 1
Sit with the workflow
We start from how the work is done today, including the workarounds, because those are usually the real requirements.
- 2
Build the core first
The part that carries money or status ships first and gets used for real, which is the only honest test of whether the design holds up.
- 3
Roll out and train
We onboard the team, watch them use it, and fix the friction. Getting people to actually use it is part of the job, not your problem afterwards.
Questions
Software Development: the honest answers
Is custom software worth it over a monthly subscription tool?
Not always, and we will say so. It pays off when your process is genuinely different from everyone else's, when per-user fees have grown past what a build would cost, or when the data has to stay in your hands.
Where is our data kept?
Wherever you need it. Hosted online is the default because it is cheaper and safer to run, but we can put it on your own machines or in a specific country when your rules require it.
What if we want to take it in-house later?
You get everything throughout, not at the end. Any competent developer can pick it up, and we would rather be kept for doing good work than because leaving would hurt.
